Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Training professional to connect customers with our software, lead conversions, and deliver training and support throughout the process.

You will travel ~80% of the time to install and tailor solutions for dealerships, and when not traveling, support customers from your home office, preparing for upcoming trips and following up on installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing

Responsibilities

• Travel approximately 80% to install and convert software for customers.
• Customize the system and train dealership personnel.
• Support current customers from home office on off-site days.
• Prepare for future trips and conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers.
• Engage with dealership management to understand needs and tailor solutions
