Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Training Specialist to help customers smoothly convert to our software and provide ongoing training and support throughout the process.

You will travel approximately 80% of the time, meeting with dealership management to tailor the solution and train staff on its use. When not on-site, you will support customers remotely, prepare for upcoming trips, and follow up with recently installed customers from your home office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (limited violations).
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers during the conversion to Reynolds and Reynolds software.
• Travel and install software for dealerships 80% of the time.
• Customize the system and train dealership personnel on usage.
• Support current customers from home office when not traveling and prepare for future trips.
