Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking a Training Specialist to help customers smoothly convert to the Reynolds and Reynolds system. You will travel about 80% of the time to install and convert software at dealer sites, meeting management to tailor the solution and train staff.

When not on site, you will support customers from your home office, prepare for upcoming trips, and conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers. The role includes training lasting 2-3 months with mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to install and convert software for customers.
• Meet with dealership management to understand needs.
• Customize the system and train key dealership personnel.
• Provide training and customer support throughout the process.
• Support existing customers from home office when not on-site.
• Prepare for future trips and conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers.
