Qualifications

• Willingness to travel in WI, MI, IL and stay overnight when needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional personal presentation and appearance.
• Strong organizational skills.
• CDK experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to the problem, and collect customer and vehicle information.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and take photographs.
• Secure agreement from customers before repairs; cover cost estimate and timing.
• Advise customers on vehicle care per manufacturer specs using maintenance menus.
• Handle minor customer complaints and follow up on repairs.
• Refer leads to vehicle sales and assist the service manager as needed.
• Follow company safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes and chemicals.
