The LaFontaine Automotive Group is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor to schedule service work, provide accurate estimates, and communicate clearly with customers about their vehicle needs.

In this role you will maintain CSI, greet customers, obtain vehicle data, advise on care, and follow up on repairs while ensuring a positive, professional experience in our Michigan service department.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CSI rating as set by service manager.
• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and collect vehicle data.
• Provide estimates for labor and parts; obtain payment method.
• Notify dispatcher of incoming work and follow up on repairs.
• Deliver vehicle and answer questions; maintain clean work areas.
