Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to problems, and collect vehicle data.
• Inspect vehicles for bodywork and notify when repairs are needed.
• Secure customer agreement, present estimates and timelines.
• Advise on car care per manufacturer specs and maintenance menus.
• Handle complaints and follow up on repair progress with customers.
• Manage phone inquiries and return voicemails promptly.
• Deliver vehicles, review work and explain charges.
• Refer leads to the sales team as appropriate.
• Assist the service manager and follow safety procedures.
