You will assist the service manager and help ensure smooth progress on each repair order. The role emphasizes customer communication, safety procedures, and adherence to manufacturers’ specifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to the problem, obtain vehicle information.
• Inspect vehicles for bodywork and notify customer if work is needed.
• Secure agreement for repairs, cover estimates and timelines.
• Advise customers on car care per manufacturer specifications.
• Handle minor customer complaints and follow up on repair orders.
• Refer leads to sales departments and assist the service manager as needed.
