Qualifications

• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Professional personal presentation and organization.
• CDK experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to the problem, collect vehicle information.
• Inspect vehicles for bodywork and notify customers if work is needed.
• Explain charges and coverage, follow up on repair orders.
• Refer leads to sales, assist the service manager, and uphold safety procedures.
