Job summary

The Boucher Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor in Wisconsin. • Must have equipment maintenance and product knowledge.
• Ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter, outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude.
• ADP experience is preferred.
• Must meet top-rated CSI standards and focus on world-class customer service.
• Drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Determine automotive problems and services by listening to customer descriptions of symptoms and clarifying problems.
• Conduct inspections, take test drives, check maintenance records, and examine service schedules.
• Prepare repair orders describing symptoms, problems, causes, and required repairs/services; obtain approvals; enter RO into service database.
