Job summary

First Onsite is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our restoration team. You’ll support planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with leadership, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects on track and within scope.

You’ll review proposals, monitor safety, quality, and documentation, help with change orders and billing, and step in to support crews as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in restoration/construction.
• Experience reviewing subcontractor proposals and coordinating schedules.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• High school diploma required; degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management scope, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Coordinate with leadership, crews, and subcontractors to execute work and manage change orders.
• Maintain jobsite documentation including logs, reports, timesheets, and records.
• Ensure safety and compliance by conducting daily meetings and site condition checks.
• Support operational needs including billing reviews and work orders.
• Provide timely updates on progress, budgets, and risks.
• Available 24/7 for project support.
