Job summary

First Onsite is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will oversee proposals, schedules, budgets, and documentation while liaising with leadership, clients, and subcontractors to keep projects moving forward.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong attention to detail, and the ability to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with construction drawings, specs and take-offs.
• Knowledge of DR or GC project environments is preferred.
• Experience supervising events across multiple sites is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Several industry certifications demonstrate ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish with oversight and quality control.
• Develop and maintain schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Review and manage subcontractor proposals, scopes and change orders.
• Maintain project documentation: logs, reports, inventories and records.
• Coordinate with leadership on scope, buys, and reserves.
• Perform billing reviews, audits and invoicing.
• Monitor risks and address schedule or budget issues proactively.
• Respond to on-call needs and manage technician/subcontractor availability 24/7.
• Fill in as needed with hands-on tasks and additional responsibilities.
