Qualifications

• Leadership experience in project settings or supervisory roles.
• 2+ years in restoration or construction, with water, fire, mold remediation knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license required and reliable transportation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to understand, develop, and execute scopes of work.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor proposals to meet budget.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules with crews and subcontractors.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and profit margins in real time.
• Handle change orders, billing reviews, and daily job site documentation.
• Support and assist job crews, including on-site tasks as needed.
