Job summary

First Onsite, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to be the bridge between leadership, field teams, and clients. You will turn plans into action, review subcontractor proposals, prepare schedules, monitor budgets, and manage change orders to keep projects on track.

A minimum of 2+ years in restoration/construction with knowledge of water, flood, fire, mold, and rebuild remediation is required, along with a high school diploma and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in restoration/construction.
• Experience in restoration/construction with water, flood, fire, smoke, mold, asbestos, and rebuild remediation knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Understand, evaluate, develop, and execute the scope of work with leadership.
• Solicit, receive, and approve subcontractor proposals within budget.
• Prepare project schedules and manage crews and subcontractors.
• Maintain project records, daily logs, and jobsite paperwork.
• Monitor budgets, gross profit, and schedules; flag risks and deviations.
• Manage change orders and approvals; assist with permits as needed.
• Assist with billing reviews and ensure data accuracy in reporting.
• Available 24/7 to support project needs.
