Qualifications

• Leadership experience and ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
• 2+ years in restoration/construction with relevant knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Understand, evaluate, develop, and execute the scope of work with leadership.
• Solicit, receive, and approve subcontractor proposals within budget.
• Prepare project schedules including crew and subcontractor calendars.
• Manage, support, and assist job crews on site.
• Fill in as needed with additional responsibilities, including physical labor.
• Create and maintain job activity paperwork and inventories.
• Maintain a daily log of conditions, activities and events.
• Prepare reports and project-related administrative documents.
• Monitor budgets and gross profit margins; track schedules.
• Manage change orders and billing with accuracy.
• Perform daily site safety meetings and arrange permits when needed.
• Maintain daily reports, timesheets, equipment records and material sheets.
• Review opportunities for change orders within defined scope.
• Assist with creating a project schedule and issuing work orders.
• Available 24/7 for project needs.
