First Onsite is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to coordinate restoration and construction efforts, bridging leadership with field teams and clients. You will help evaluate scopes, manage subcontractor proposals, and track schedules to safeguard budgets and timelines.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in the industry, a high school diploma (degree preferred), and a valid driver’s license. This role requires proactive problem solving and strong documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in restoration/construction projects.
• 2+ years in restoration/construction with water, fire, mold remediation knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Understand, evaluate, develop, and execute the scope of work with leadership.
• Solicit, receive, and approve subcontractor proposals to stay within budget.
• Prepare project schedules including crew and subcontractor timelines.
• Manage, support, and assist job crews.
• Fill in when extra tasks arise, including physical labor.
• Create and maintain job activity paperwork and inventories.
• Maintain a daily log of conditions and notable events.
• Prepare reports and other administrative documents.
• Monitor budget, gross profit margin, and schedule, and flag risks.
• Manage change orders receipt and approval.
• Lead daily safety meetings and coordinate permits as needed.
• Maintain daily reports, timesheets, and material sheets.
• Issue work orders and review change orders with subcontractors.
• Available 24/7.
