Qualifications

• Leadership experience in managing teams and projects.
• 2+ years in restoration/construction or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management including scope development, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Coordinate with leadership, crews, and subcontractors to execute work and manage change orders.
• Maintain jobsite documentation, including logs, reports, permits, timesheets, and material records.
• Ensure safety and compliance through daily meetings and site condition monitoring.
• Support operational needs including tasks, work orders, and billing reviews.
• Provide proactive updates on progress, budget, gross profit margin, and schedule risks.
• Available 24/7.
