Job summary

First Onsite - US is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to be at the heart of project execution, turning plans into action and coordinating with leadership to develop scopes.

You will review subcontractor proposals, prepare schedules, support crews, and maintain accurate project documentation, while monitoring budgets and safety.

This role requires 2+ years in restoration/construction and a valid driver’s license, with a high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience required.
• 2+ years of restoration/construction industry experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Understand, evaluate, develop, and execute scope of work with leadership.
• Solicit, receive, and approve subcontractor proposals within budget.
• Prepare project schedules including crews and subcontractors.
• Manage, support, and assist job crews.
• Monitor budgets, profit margins, and schedules; provide updates on risks.
• Perform billing reviews and manage change orders; maintain daily job-site records.
