Corpay is hiring a Travel Support Center Specialist for the Lodging division, based in Lexington, KY. The role handles hotel reservations, ensures direct-billed payments, and troubleshoots issues by phone while maintaining fast pace.

You will enter information into the reservation system and report to the TSC Manager, collaborating with team leads. Office environment with dedicated workspace and formal, hands-on training provided to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• 1+ years of experience in hospitality or retail preferred.
• Extremely detail-oriented.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Internet tools and Microsoft Office programs.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Shows initiative, responsibility, punctuality and ownership.
• Available for flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Receive 80-100 inbound calls daily to meet 40-60 booked reservations.
• Book client requested hotel reservations with hotel representatives.
• Report reservation confirmations into the system.
• Communicate issues professionally with all Corpay Lodging Clients and Departments.
• Use proper grammar to note client needs and issues.
• Enhance Corpay Lodging reputation by delivering exceptional service.
• Manage inbound/outbound call time to maximize availability.
• Begin and complete assigned duties on time.
• Perform other duties as needed.
