Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in hospitality or retail industries preferred.
• Ability to manage and troubleshoot various issues over the phone.
• Must be available for flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Receiving 80-100 inbound calls daily to meet booking goals.
• Booking client-requested hotel reservations.
• Communicating issues effectively with clients and departments.
