Corpay is seeking an Electronic Distribution Specialist in Lexington, KY to grow and maintain the electronic distribution of the CLC network, working closely with hotel partners to ensure accurate connectivity and mapping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Experience with Derbysoft and/or GDS highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain electronic distribution of the CLC network through directory management and hotel updates.
• Complete audits and cleanup to maintain accuracy of the CLC network.
• Maintain electronic files and records.
• Establish rapport with chain contacts and hotel partners to increase opted-in hotels.
• Make phone calls and/or emails to hotels regarding connectivity status.
• Research, identify, and resolve issues impacting connectivity.
• Troubleshoot internal and external issues affecting connectivity.
• Perform test reservations and analyze results to identify error sources.
• Coordinate with connectivity partners to resolve issues.
• Communicate defects to management and IT teams.
