Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months call center experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication across channels.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and take inbound calls within department KPI goals.
• Complete reservations within expected KPI goals.
• Enter reservation details accurately into the system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues over the phone for hotels and clients.
• Communicate issues professionally with all clients and departments.
• Use proper grammar and clear speech to note client needs.
• Complete assigned duties on time and report issues as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
