Corpay in Lexington, KY is seeking a Billing Specialist in our Lodging division. You will reconcile hotel invoices, process client invoices, and handle related billing tasks with strong attention to detail.

You will work in an office environment with hybrid after training, receive formal training, and collaborate with team leaders to meet metrics and ensure accurate invoicing. Ideal candidates have 1–4 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in billing or finance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks accurately and promptly for hotel invoicing and client invoicing.
• Reconcile hotel statements and client invoices.
• Maintain electronic files and records.
• Research and review hotel statements for accuracy and reconciliation.
• Make and/or handle calls regarding billing issues.
• Meet metrics for invoicing quality and timeliness.
• Maintain knowledge of key accounts and activity flows.
• Collaborate with hotels, clients, and team members to complete invoices on time.
• Identify risks related to hotel and client invoicing processes.
