American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced RN for Labor & Delivery in Hawaii. You must hold an active Hawaii RN license and demonstrate intermediate to advanced fetal monitoring skills.

The role involves working in a rural community hospital with 12-hour night shifts, providing couplet care to mothers and newborns, and rotating to support other units as needed.

Qualifications

• Active HI RN license required, must be currently in hand.
• Minimum 4 years of experience required.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP.
• Prior Labor & Delivery experience required.
• Couplet care experience required.
• Intermediate or advanced fetal monitoring skills required.
• Additional certifications may include CPI, ENPC, RNFA, TNCC, AWHONN, STABLE, ASLS, NBSTSA, APHON, CMA, CCMA, or RMA.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Labor & Delivery and Nursery units of a rural community hospital.
• Provides couplet care to mothers and newborns.
• Unit averages 45-50 deliveries per month.
• 12-hour night shift schedule.
• May float to assist other departments but not as a primary nurse.
• Provides nursing care across Labor & Delivery, LDRP, Nursery, Obstetrics, and Post Partum areas.
• Rural community hospital setting in Hawaii.
