Job summary

Reynolds American in Lumberton, NC is seeking a Territory Manager to drive brand growth by building strong relationships with retailers and stakeholders. You will develop local strategies and execute plans to meet sales objectives across the territory.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with travel up to 200 miles per day and a valid US driver’s license. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Annual salary is shown with benefits and bonus target.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Achieves commercial sales and growth objectives within territory.
• Develops a local strategy and business plan for territory objectives.
• Creates strategy for product and POS placements to optimize sales and visibility.
• Develops and maintains relationships with local chains and distributors to grow Reynolds brands.
• Sell the 5Ps of presence, pricing, promotion, product, and personal selling.
