Reynolds American is seeking a Territory Manager in High Point, NC to drive brand growth by building strong client relationships and delivering strategic plans for the territory.

You will lead local sales initiatives, engage with retailers, and coordinate with the Marketing Function to optimize product placement and promotional activities. This role requires travel and a results-oriented mindset.

Formación

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Experience in a marketing-focused role is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.

Responsabilidades

• Achieves sales and growth objectives within the assigned territory to support company goals.
• Develops a local strategy and plan to meet territory objectives and identify opportunities.
• Plans product placements and POS to maximize sales and visibility.
• Builds relationships with local chains and distributors to promote Reynolds brands.
• Sells on the 5Ps: presence, pricing, promotion, product, and personal selling.
