Zusammenfassung

HID Technologies is seeking a RTLS Service Technician to install, service, and maintain real-time location systems across multiple hospital sites in the Atlanta area. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, on-site validation, training customer leads, and ensuring high availability of RTLS assets and hand hygiene solutions.

You will travel locally between client sites, respond to support tickets within SLA, and collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational/RTLS-related training preferred.
• Two years’ RTLS product support or customer service experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare RTLS, asset management, and hand hygiene correlations.

Aufgaben

• Install, service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain RTLS, Asset, Hand Hygiene, and Environmental solutions at HID healthcare sites.
• Troubleshoot installations using as-built drawings and documentation to fix deficiencies.
• Provide onsite validation and testing of RTLS systems and maintain inventory for service needs.
• Monitor schedules and reports, travel between client sites, and meet SLA requirements with fast response times.
• Collaborate with the onsite Customer Success Manager to ensure service excellence and lead process improvement initiatives.
