Job summary

HID Global seeks an RTLS Service Technician to install, service, and maintain healthcare RTLS solutions across Northside Hospital sites in GA. You will validate systems onsite, troubleshoot issues, and train customer leads on proper use of assets and software.

Travel locally to multiple sites, manage inventory, and ensure timely service delivery with strong customer focus and communication. Prior experience in healthcare IT is preferred.

Qualifications

• Vocational school or 2-year college degree preferred; high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• In lieu of degree, minimum of two years’ experience supporting RTLS products and customer services.
• Working knowledge of healthcare RTLS, Asset Management, and Hand Hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain RTLS and related solutions at healthcare sites.
• Validate RTLS systems onsite and perform testing for operational readiness.
• Monitor schedules, travel between sites within geography, and respond to support tickets per SLA.
