Job summary

The employee will be based from home and primarily support the Midwest region of the US with flight travel to other locations as needed. Will drive or fly to customer locations to provide on-site Professional Services and support to clients using Securitas Healthcare products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in electronic/ software engineering or networking.
• Valid driver's license without restrictions.
• Hands-on with test equipment: cable testers, DMMs, spectrum analyzers, RF meters.
• Experience in field service with travel.
• Experience in customer solution training.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company onsite in hospital environments.
• Install, configure and commission new systems per procedures.
• Troubleshoot, repair or replace equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct facility site surveys for product usability.
• Provide training to facility personnel on installed equipment.
• Complete admin tasks: reports, checklists, expenses, inventory.
• Attend construction meetings to ensure smooth installations.
• Work flexible hours to meet customer needs.
• Maintain strong customer service and clear communication.
• Manage time to arrive and finish on schedule.
• Operate as a self-motivated, independent contributor.
