Job summary

HID Technologies is seeking an RTLS Service Technician to install, commission and service RTLS and environmental monitoring solutions for healthcare customers across multiple sites. You will troubleshoot, train customers, and ensure on-site operations meet SLA requirements.

The role requires significant travel (60%+) and the ability to work independently while coordinating with global teams. A technical background and strong customer service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with RTLS technologies used in healthcare settings.
• Strong focus on customer service and problem solving.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair RTLS hardware and software on-site.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, service, and inspect RTLS and environmental monitoring solutions at healthcare sites.
• Respond to tickets within SLA and perform preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure high-quality service and rapid issue resolution.
• Document field activities and communicate issues clearly to customers and internal teams.
