Qualifikationen

• RTLS healthcare knowledge and customer-focused orientation are required.
• High school diploma or GED; two years RTLS experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Smartsheets preferred.

Aufgaben

• Install, service, troubleshoot, repair and maintain RTLS, Asset, Hand Hygiene, and Environmental solutions for healthcare customers.
• Troubleshoot installations using as-built drawings and documentation to fix deficiencies without supervision.
• Provide onsite validation and testing of RTLS systems.
• Maintain inventory to support service needs and monitor schedules.
• Travel locally between customer sites with ≤2‑hour response goals.
• Respond to support tickets within SLA and reassign when out of scope.
• Collaborate with the onsite Customer Success Manager to ensure service excellence.
