Job summary

HID Global is seeking a RTLS Service Technician to install, service, and maintain RTLS and related solutions across multiple hospital sites in the Atlanta area. You will troubleshoot, validate installations, maintain fleet inventory, and train customer leads on proper usage.

You will routinely travel between customer locations, work with the Customer Success Manager to ensure top-tier service, and contribute to continuous process improvements and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Vocational school or 2-year college degree preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; in lieu of degree related RTLS experience accepted.
• Working knowledge of healthcare RTLS, Asset Management, and Hand Hygiene.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain RTLS and related solutions.
• Travel locally between sites and meet SLA response times.
• Validate on-site RTLS systems and maintain inventory.
• Provide training to customer leads on solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Manager to ensure service excellence.
