Ricoh USA, Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking an Area Customer Service Coordinator to support multiple client sites and ensure excellent service delivery. The role includes on-site mail/print, hospitality, reception, and shipping tasks, with local travel between client locations.

You will be responsible for printer fleet management, coordinating couriers, and collaborating with management to improve processes using data-driven insights. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma with 12+ months relevant work experience
• Must travel between client locations within a 40–50 mile radius
• Shifts 7am–7pm with possible overtime including weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple client sites with high-quality service delivery
• Perform on-site mail, print, hospitality, reception, shipping, and courier tasks
• Manage printer fleet and travel locally to client locations
• Collaborate with management to improve processes using data insights
• Support the onboarding of new customer accounts and service expansions
• Maintain a service-first mindset and build positive client relationships
• Track and process travel stipends and mileage reimbursements per policy
