Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking an Area Customer Service Coordinator in Princeton, NJ. You will support daily operations, implement new services, and foster a customer-centric culture across a geographically diverse client base.

The role requires travel between client locations, delivering mail/print, hospitality, reception, shipping, courier, and fleet management services. You will collaborate with management to improve processes, onboard new accounts, and ensure responsive, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 12+ months of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel 40–50 miles between locations.
• Shifts 7am–7pm with possible overtime incl. weekends.
• Must have a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Data-driven, customer-centric approach with strong communication.
• Physical effort up to 50 lbs may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple client sites with consistent service delivery.
• Deliver on-site services including mail/print, hospitality, reception, shipping, courier, and printer fleet.
• Travel locally to post offices and satellite offices as needed.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes using data-driven insights.
• Assist in onboarding new customer accounts and service expansions.
• Maintain a service-first mindset and build strong customer relationships.
• Adapt and take on new challenges while delivering exceptional service.
