bioMérieux is seeking a Field Systems Engineer to service and support customers across a broad geographic area, including occasional national travel. You will perform installations, maintenance, upgrades and repairs while delivering a best-in-class customer experience with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years related experience in engineering/tech fields.
• 2+ years of professional experience in troubleshooting and repair of electro‑mechanical, electronic, computer or electrical systems.
• Driver’s license valid in residence state.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, upgrade, and repair instruments to meet specifications.
• Build trust with customers and promote service agreements; identify sales opportunities.
• Drive field service revenue through preventive maintenance and equipment moves.
• Attend 6–9 weeks of product training at supported offices within the first year.
• Travel for customer visits, including overnight stays as needed; on-call rotation.
