Job summary

bioMérieux seeks a Field Systems Engineer to service customers across the U.S., with national travel as needed. You will install, maintain, upgrade, and repair instruments while delivering exceptional customer experiences remotely and with occasional overnight travel.

Required engineering education and 2+ years in related electro-mechanical or electronics field work; valid driver's license and readiness for extensive travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Electronics, CS, Biomedical or related field.
• 2+ years troubleshooting and repair of electro-mechanical/electronic systems.
• Driver's license valid in residence state; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer needs, perform installations, maintenance, upgrades and repairs.
• Build relationships, promote service agreements, identify sales opportunities.
• Drive field service revenue through preventive maintenance and equipment moves.
• Attend product training and travel as needed; on-call rotation.
