Job summary

Packsize International is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, configure and maintain equipment at customer facilities. You will perform start-up testing, deliver training on product capabilities, and ensure safe operation while building strong relationships with customers.

The role involves problem solving, travel to various sites, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency with Windows and hand tools is helpful; relevant degree or training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset required.
• Familiarity with Windows platforms.
• Experience using hand tools is helpful.
• Knowledge of mechanical platforms and systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic familiarity with Excel/Sheets is beneficial.
• Associates degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks at customer sites and coordinate field work.
• Troubleshoot issues using drawings and documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency services as needed.
• Provide start-up testing and customer training on product capabilities.
• Install Packsize solutions and train users on operation and maintenance.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and travel planning as required.
