Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, configure and maintain equipment onsite at customer facilities across the region. You will diagnose issues, perform start-up testing and train customers on product capabilities.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, customer-service focus, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision. Travel is required, with safety and compliance essential, and you will collaborate with Packsize teams to ensure exceptional

Qualifications

• Customer service focus and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of Windows platforms and common software.
• Experience with hand tools and basic maintenance.
• Associates Degree, vocational training, or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks at customer job sites.
• Troubleshoot issues using technical drawings and docs.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency services.
• Install solutions and train customers on usage.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and travel arrangements.
