Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, configure, and maintain packaging equipment onsite at customer facilities in the St. Louis area. You will troubleshoot, train users, and build strong customer relationships while ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree, vocational training or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related area preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot issues using drawings and docs.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency services.
• Learn customer operations and packaging tech.
• Install Packsize solutions and train users.
• Prepare detailed tech reports and travel arrangements.
• Communicate clearly with Packsize and customers.
• Follow safety requirements for moving parts and electricity.
