Job summary

Packsize International is seeking a Resident Service Engineer to install, configure, and maintain Packsize equipment at customer facilities in Salt Lake City, UT. You will troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, and deliver customer training on product capabilities and maintenance.

You’ll work with R&D, Software and Quality Engineering teams, analyze KPI data, and travel as needed for on-site support and training.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree, Vocational Training or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related area preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows platforms and basic Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Packsize equipment onsite at customer facilities.
• Troubleshoot machine issues using technical drawings and docs.
• Train customers on product capabilities and maintenance.
• Collaborate with R&D, Software and Quality Engineering teams.
• Manage travel arrangements and document technical reports.
