Job summary

Packsize seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, configure and maintain packaging equipment at customer facilities. You will perform startup testing, provide training on product capabilities and maintenance, and build strong customer relationships.

Travel is required, including overnight stays. You’ll work closely with Packsize teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure safety and compliance while supporting customers across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree, Vocational Training or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related area preferred.
• Customer service focus.
• Knowledge of Windows platforms.
• Knowledge of hand tools.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot issues using drawings and documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency services.
• Continuously learn about customer processes and product specs.
• Install Packsize solutions and train users.
• Submit detailed technical reports and manage travel arrangements.
• Maintain safety compliance for Packsize equipment and customer sites.
• Communicate clearly with Packsize and customer staff.
