Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, configure, and maintain Packsize equipment at customer facilities across the region. You will lead start-up testing, provide customer training, and build strong working relationships with clients while collaborating with Packsize teams to deliver reliable service.

You'll troubleshoot mechanical systems, read technical drawings, and perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service or equipment installation.
• Ability to read technical drawings and documentation.
• Familiarity with Windows platforms and office software.
• Flexible travel and on-site customer support.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot issues using drawings and docs.
