Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, configure, and maintain packaging equipment on customer sites in Dallas, TX. You will train customers on product capabilities, perform start-up tests, and deliver maintenance services while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires travel to customer facilities, on-call availability, and adherence to safety protocols. A tech-focused background and problem-solving mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus.
• Knowledge of Windows platforms.
• Knowledge of and effective use of hand tools.
• Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
• Basic Microsoft Excel/Word or Google Sheets/Docs experience is helpful.
• Associates Degree, Vocational Training or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks at customer job sites.
• Troubleshoot issues using technical drawings and documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency services.
• Continuous learning of customer processes and specs.
• Install Packsize solutions and train users.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and manage admin tasks.
