Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, configure and maintain Packsize equipment onsite at customer facilities in the Minneapolis area. You will troubleshoot complex mechanical equipment, train customers on product capabilities, and build strong relationships while ensuring safety and uptime.

Travel and on-call availability are required, with domestic travel and occasional overnight stays as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree, Vocational Training or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related area preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks at customer sites
• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment using drawings and docs
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency service
• Deliver customer training on product capabilities
• Build and maintain customer relationships with Packsize and customer personnel
