SPS North America is seeking a Field Support Specialist/Office Support Specialist to be the backbone of service delivery. You will greet visitors, route calls, manage the lobby, and coordinate shipments with a professional demeanor.

You will operate high-end print and reprographics equipment, handle mail logistics, stock conference rooms, and travel regionally to SPS sites. 2+ years in office services or logistics and ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance are required.

Formación

• 2+ years in office services, hospitality, or logistics.
• Comfortable with MS Office and learning new systems.
• Physically able to be on feet and lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs with teammate).

Responsabilidades

• Front of House ambassador: greet guests, manage lobby, route calls professionally.
• Own inbound/outbound shipments and maintain chain-of-custody for high-priority packages.
• Operate print and reprographics equipment; perform basic maintenance and toner management.
• Maintain conference rooms and common areas; manage inventory and supplies.
