SPS North America is seeking a Field Support Specialist/Office Support Specialist to be the backbone of our client services, delivering concierge hospitality, mail logistics, and on-site print production across regional SPS sites.

You will manage front desk duties, coordinate shipping, operate high-end MFD devices, and maintain supplies and workspace readiness while traveling regionally as needed. This role requires a proactive, adaptable team player with strong MS Office skills.

Formación

• 2+ years in office services, hospitality, or logistics.
• MS Office proficiency; ability to learn proprietary systems.
• Willingness to travel regionally with reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs with teammate) and stay on feet.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Front of House ambassador, greet guests and route calls.
• Own inbound/outbound shipments and mail lifecycle management.
• Operate high-end MFD devices for print, binding, and scanning.
• Maintain conference rooms and common areas, ensuring supplies.
