Job summary

SPS North America Inc. in Seattle is seeking a Field Support Specialist/Office Support Specialist to ensure smooth front desk operations, logistics, and print production across regional sites.

You will be the face of our offices, coordinating visits, shipments, and daily facility tasks with a professional, service-oriented attitude. This role requires 2+ years in office services or logistics, willingness to travel, and comfort with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in office services, hospitality, or logistics.
• Tech-savvy with MS Office and ability to learn proprietary systems.
• Willingness to travel regionally and have reliable transportation.
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs with teammate).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Front of House Ambassador, managing lobby, security, and guest flow.
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments and custody procedures.
• Operate print, bind, and scanning devices; perform toner maintenance.
• Keep conference rooms and common areas VIP-ready and stocked.
