Job summary

SPS North America Inc. is seeking a Field Support Specialist to backfill across the region, covering multiple SPS sites as needed. The role emphasizes exceptional office services including shipping, reprographics, facilities, hospitality, and front-of-house support to maintain customer satisfaction and SLA adherence.

Travel within the assigned region is required; the position focuses on continuous, professional service delivery and strong teamwork with client sites and SPS staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• 6+ months prior work experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Current knowledge or ability to learn computer-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Mail Services: processing inbound/outbound mail and packages; ship/receive duties.
• Reprographics: assist copy/print, binding, scanning, and light reproduction.
• Office Services: maintain neat center, pantry, conference areas, supplies management.
• Front of House: reception/concierge, guest welcome, registration, phone routing, visitor logs.
