Job summary

SPS is seeking a Field Support Specialist to provide backfill coverage across assigned regions, ensuring continuous support for customers and SPS employees. The role involves shipping/receiving, reprographics, and front-of-house duties, with travel between SPS sites as required.

Responsibilities include operating mail, print, and office services, maintaining a neat workspace, and delivering prompt, courteous service to clients. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of prior work experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work flexible hours as determined by manager.

Responsibilities

• Mail Services: Provide world class service and process mail and packages.
• Reprographics Services: Assist with copy/print production and equipment maintenance.
• Office Services: Maintain the Office Services Center and replenish supplies.
• Front of House: Provide reception/concierge coverage and welcome visitors.
