Job summary

SPS North America is hiring a Field Support Specialist (On-Call) to provide exceptional office and mail services across client sites. The role may involve travel between SPS sites, assisting with mail, reception, facilities, and copy/print tasks, and stepping in as needed to maintain a high level of client service.

The candidate should be flexible, have strong communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6+ months of prior work experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical abilities and problem-solving aptitude.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn computer-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all employees and visitors.
• Answer calls and assist with visitor management.
• Assist with light facilities duties (stocking supplies, setting up spaces).
• Receive, sort, and input inbound mail and packages into the chain of custody system.
• Manage outgoing mail and shipments; handle shipping/receiving duties.
• Notify employees on inbound deliveries and distribute mail/packages.
• Support office moves and copy/print orders as needed.
• Assist with conference room setup and events; work flexibly as required.
• Develop professional relationships with clients and SPS teams; maintain composure and professionalism.
