Job summary

SPS is seeking a Field Support Specialist to provide backfill coverage across its regional sites, ensuring continuous service for clients and employees. The role emphasizes mail services, reprographics, and general office support, with travel between SPS locations as required.

You will help maintain lobby and front-of-house operations, support shipping/receiving, and assist with daily office maintenance, while upholding a professional client-facing image.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; ability to learn computer-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide backfill coverage across assigned SPS region; support multiple sites.
• Deliver mail services, shipping/receiving and related office services.
• Assist reprographics with copy/print and binding tasks; operate MFD devices.
• Maintain clean, organized Office Services Center; stock supplies and setup meeting spaces.
• Greet guests, manage front-of-house reception and help with client onboarding.
• Travel between SPS sites as needed to cover staff absences and urgent requests.
